Pitch Me!

Pitch Me! is a focused one-to-one meeting format connecting independent producers with Commissioning Editors, Acquisition Executives, Distributors, Funders and other industry Decision Makers. In 15-minute meetings, Project Pitchers present their projects directly to selected industry professionals, creating opportunities to discover new ideas, build relationships and find the right partners.

Who can participate?

Decision Makers are industry professionals interested in discovering new projects and meeting producers from around the world. Decision Makers must be registered and confirmed in advance. If you would like to participate, please contact Maria Friedemann at mfriedemann@wcsfp.com.

Project Pitchers are independent producers and other content professionals who want to present their projects directly to international Decision Makers. To participate, you must be registered for Congress '26, and can submit up to 3 projects on our Pitch Me! platform, which opens in mid-September.

Your pitching journey

1. Register
Register for Congress '26 to access the Pitch Me! platform through your account.

2. Create your profile (Mid September – October 11)
Decision Makers create their professional profiles, Project Pitchers create up to 3 project profiles.

3. Select your meeting partners (October 15 – October 30)
Both Decision Makers and Project Pitchers log in to review, prioritise and select their preferred meeting partners. Decision Maker selections count more than Project Pitcher selections. While we cannot guarantee every meeting request, we do our best to accommodate as many meetings as possible.

4. Get your meeting schedule (Early November)
Individual meeting schedules are finalised and made available through your account.

5. Pitch Me! (During Congress)
Selected participants sit down at the respective Decision Maker's table for 15-minutes. Across two Pitch Me! sessions, up to 10 meeting slots in total will be available per Decision Maker. Use the meetings to present your project, explore opportunities and identify potential partners for future collaboration.
