Are Project Pitchers guaranteed a minimum number of meetings?

No. Meetings are not guaranteed. While we cannot guarantee that every meeting request will be accommodated, we will do our best to facilitate as many relevant meetings as possible.

Does a meeting require mutual selection by both parties?

Yes. During the selection phase, both Decision Makers and Project Pitchers review, prioritise and select their preferred meeting partners. Meetings are then scheduled based on these selections. Please note that Decision Makers’ selections are prioritised.

How many meetings does a selected project typically receive?

Project Pitchers can have up to 10 meetings in total across the two Pitch Me! sessions. This is the maximum number of meetings available, while the actual number depends on how selections align between Decision Makers and Project Pitchers. In practice, Project Pitchers typically receive between 1 and 5 meetings.

If a project receives no meetings, is Congress registration refundable or transferable?

No. Congress registration fees are non refundable and non transferable if a project does not receive any meetings. Pitch Me! is one of many sessions and programmes included in the Congress programme.

Are projects without an attached production company eligible and competitive?

Yes. There is no requirement to have an attached production company in order to participate. All registered Congress '26 participants are eligible to submit a project as a Project Pitcher.
