Joe Myerscough is a producer at Windfall Films in London where he has gained a reputation for being able to convey strong factual content in entertaining and innovative ways. After cutting his teeth on factual theatre epics Dambusters: Building the Bouncing Bomb and Escape from Colditz, he went on to conceive Channel 4’s multiplatform history project D-Day: As It Happens, which was awarded a BAFTA and an international Emmy. A scientist by training, Joe has produced two series of the Royal Institution Christmas Lectures for BBC Four, assembling a robot orchestra, turning the theatre into a giant periodic table and playing Tetris on a skyscraper. He was also part of the broadcast team for the London 2012 Opening Ceremony. Most recently, Joe produced and directed Hidden Britain by Drone for Channel 4 and he is currently edit producing the final episode of historical survival show Mutiny to be broadcast in 2017.
