A Note to Delegates: Meeting-Free Wednesday

WCSFP is unique in the ongoing and vocal participation of commissioners, broadcasters and producers in sessions. In response to the specific request from commissioning editors, Wednesday is designated as a meeting-free day during the session times of 8:45 am – 12: 30 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Please understand that commissioning editors are likely to say no to meeting requests during these times. Additionally, we encourage you to avoid arranging private meetings during session times on Thursday and Friday, and utilize the extra meeting time before, between and after sessions.
