New Paths to the Past
11:30 am – 1:00 pm Tuesday, Dec. 2
This session explores the most exciting and innovative ways of making history programming. We’ll look at how animation, comedy and creatively can be used to put a fresh slant on the past and make complex subjects accessible to wider audiences. We’ll hear from the makers of Waltz with Bashir – a massive success at Cannes this year – and 102 Minutes That Changed America which, despite the huge number of programs on 9/11, really stood out.
