This is a closed-door meeting for your eyes only.

What do we want? 

• A one-page description of the project that includes format and status of development and funding
• A sizzle reel no longer than 2-minutes (not essential but will help your chances for acceptance)
• Someone connected to the project must be registered for this year’s Congress and be available to pitch at the session 

What’s the prize?

• The session audience will be asked to vote on the winning project and the winner will receive one (1) complimentary registration to next year’s Congress and a souvenir of honour
